All conditions below are designed to achieve fairness between seller
and buyer and an efficient and successful outcome to the transaction.
Work will commence once a signed copy of this form is received together with
a non-refundable deposit payment of 50% which shall be deemed to confirm your
acceptance of these conditions.
Quotes are based on information available at the time the quote is given.
Changes made by the client may incur extra costs.
Deadlines can only be guaranteed if they are made at the initial consultation,
and the client gives full co-operation in meeting these deadlines.
A complete set of measurements is taken at the time of order or fitting and the
garment made according to those measurements (or others agreed at time of
order e.g. for pregnancy).
Clients are seen strictly by appointment.
Please bring appropriate underwear/shoes to fitting appointments;
if these are not available your fitting may be rescheduled and missed
appointment charge will be made
Clients are requested to telephone ahead if it is necessary to cancel or
postpone appointments. 24 hours notice is normally required or a charge
of £25 is made for each missed appointment.
Please respond to my request for fitting or collection promptly and certainly
within 2 weeks. If no contact has been made by this time then a storage charge
will be made of £10 per week or part week.
Appointments can last for up to one hour. Where multiple garments are being
fitted then this may be extended. Most fittings take less than 30 minutes.
Payments schedule is 50% non-refundable deposit on initial order,
remaining 50% plus any sundry items payable before collection or delivery
(prices do not include delivery charges).
Unless specifically requested otherwise any fabric remnants are disposed
of when the project is complete.
Payment is required in full once you have been notified of completion of the garment.
Payment may be made by debit/credit card, direct bank transfer or Paypal.
Payment must be made before your item may be collected or delivered.
Changes after completion will incur further charges.
In the event of any breach of contract, your remedies shall be limited to
damages and under no circumstances shall my liability exceed the price of the garment(s).
No VAT will be charged.
No orders will be accepted from persons under the age of 18 and signing
of this form is confirmation of attainment of that age.
All garments displayed on our website are subject to availability.
